<p><strong>ELIGIBILITY:</strong></p>
<p>Adults older than 18 who reside in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Montgomery or Delaware County. All applications must be complete. All nominations must be received via email or postmarked by <strong>M</strong><strong>a</strong><strong>rc</strong><strong>h 16<sup>th</sup></strong>. All nominees must be available to attend the award ceremony on <strong>April 13th, from 5-7 pm</strong> in Philadelphia (location TBA).</p>

<p><strong>CRITERIA:</strong></p>
<p>Evaluation criteria may include, but is not limited to: passion for improving the community, dedication to projects the nominee has been involved with, integrity in all aspects of nominee’s life, vision for a better community that inspires others and hope that the vision can be achieved.</p>
