HIV Case Management

Case Management provides linguistically and culturally competent care case management services to HIV+ individuals. GALAEI primarily serves African American and Latino men who have sex with men (MSM) through this program that assists clients with navigating a variety of medial and social service systems necessary for health maintenance.
