Midnight Cowboy Project

The Midnight Cowboy Project (MCP) is a volunteer-run project that  conducts city-wide street, club, and venue-based outreach and HIV/AIDS education to high-risk communities throughout Philadelphia’s diverse neighborhoods. MCP provides condoms, information, and linkage to care in an effort to link people to HIV testing, treatment, and other services offered at GALAEI and elsewhere.
